We strongly urge you to ensure that you have appropriate holiday insurance in place. Deposits and balances are non refundable in the event of cancellation. Should we manage to relet the property at the advertised price we will give you a refund less a £70 administration fee. If you cancel before the balance is due we wish to advise you that this amount still remains payable by you unless we manage to relet the property. Again a £70 administration fee will apply. Avoid all this stress if the unexpected happens by having adequate travel insurance.	The Good Housekeeping Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your departure. We ask that you leave the property as you found it. Damages and extra cleaning over and above what can be reasonably expected will be charged for. A charge will also be levied if more people use the property than was agreed, for removal of pet waste from garden or for breaching our no-smoking policy.
